A Note from Laurence Shaw to the Journal Committee Chairman
Laurence L. Shaw was a well-known Oregon timber man and philanthropist. Together with his wife Dorothy he founded the Shaw Historical Library at Oregon Institute of Technology. The collection is composed of two series: Series I: Oregon Legislature Activity Scrapbooks covering the period 1935-1969 (6.5 linear feet, 13 boxes) and Series II: Personal Papers covering the period 1911-1990 (1 linear foot, 2 boxes).
